Events Module - Everything you need to know about Events on the Website and App!

This is the primary support document to help you understand how to utilise and maximise this module. It includes a list of all features along with help documents organised in chronological order for easy learning.

The Events module is a functionality that allows you to create and manage events, accept online registrations and payments, send scheduled event emails, create chat groups, issue certificates, manage CPD, sell tickets, offer event discounts and add-on products, and generate various reports. There are two types of events: a registration-only event, which does not require payment, and a ticketed event, where tickets can be sold.

Note: The availability of certain features depends on your current plan. If you notice that some features are not available, please submit a support ticket for further assistance.

To access the Events Module, click on the Events icon in the top navigation. You will be taken to the Events Administration area, which shows all of the Events items on your website.
