Membership Roles: Granting Membership Module Access for your Committees

This is how you can grant access to the Membership Module for your membership committees.

To create roles for your membership coordinators, log in to the system and ensure you have either a security role or full site admin access. Please see more details here on how you can create roles.  Creating Roles and Permissions

Please note that you can label or create a custom name for your membership role to suit your preferences.

Granting Membership Administrator Access

For the Membership Administrator, this role grants full access to edit, manage, and administer membership levels, products, and members. Additionally, they have view-only access to all members on the mobile app.

Click the lock icon and tick the option 'app viewer' and 'item administrator'.

Then, to add a user, click the man icon. Look for the name using the search field. You have an option to set an expiry date for the user if needed.

Please note that this role grants permission to view Member Data. Exercise caution when assigning this role to ensure only authorised accounts access this sensitive information.

What should the membership administrator see on their dashboard?

On their dashboard, they should see the 'Membership Module'.

This is what a Membership Coordinator sees on their end.

Here are the following accesses they now have.

Restricting access to settings and Membership Levels to only Site Administrators

If you believe the Membership Administrator mentioned above has too much access and you would like to restrict certain features within the Membership Module, please submit a ticket to us.

We can enable a setting, available through Member Jungle Support, that restricts the Membership Administrator's access to only the dashboard, members, and reports.
