How you can access or manage a members digital membership card.
Member Jungle automatically generates a digital member card for all of your active members when they signup and renew their membership. If a member has a membership in multiple levels they will have multiple member cards that each show what level they relate to.
Accessing the Card as an Administrator
To access a Member's digital membership card you need to login to the website and have Editor Access of the Membership System.
- Click on Membership in the top navigation bar
- On the far left in the navigation click on “Members”
- Complete a Member Searches for the member you wish to find. Once you have found the member in the results, click the
icon, and select "View Member Card".
- The file will automatically be opened and downloaded on your computer.

Another way you can access the Member's digital membership card is
- Click on Membership in the top navigation bar
- On the far left in the navigation click on “Members”
- Complete a Member Searches for the member you wish to edit and click on their name
- In the new pop-up window, click on the Membership Tab and you will see details of the members current memberships.
- To download their card, click on the card icon located to the right of the level you would like.
- The card will appear in a pop-up on your screen with the option to "Download Member Card"
Membership Card Design
Unless you have a custom membership card (only available in our Premium Package) your member card design will use the App Logo and the app background colour to generate your card design.

Your members can access their member card in a number of places
- As an attachment in the automated membership emails Click here to read more
