How to login to My Membership Account as a Member/User

Here are the detailed steps on how members and users can log in to the system.

How to login to my account

Navigate to the members' login page, or typically locate the 'login' button situated at the upper right side of the website. If you don't have your login credentials, reach out to your club admins or refer to their emails for instructions on accessing the system. The email should include your username and a unique link to reset your password.

Once you have your login details, enter your username and click next.

You can create your username as part of the signup process, or you will be emailed your username when your membership organisation joins Member Jungle. If you enter your email address that is linked to your account as your username, the system will prompt you accordingly.
You'll be given the option to have the username sent to your email address (please note this isn't a username reset), or you can choose to start the process over.

Note: You can use email address as your username, however many clubs have multiple family members using the same email address, so this is not always an option.

Members can have the same email address. In such cases, if you choose the option to 'send the username to your email address,' the system will provide you with a list of usernames associated with that email address.

Note: Captcha is likely to be activated before password entry in several scenarios including:

frequent logging in and out,
use of Incognito windows, or
encountering failed login attempts.

Activation may also occur if a user isn't signed into Google or fails the initial CAPTCHA test. It's important to note that Google controls CAPTCHA functionality, meaning Member Jungle cannot influence whether you pass or fail the CAPTCHA, nor can dictate the images displayed.

When entering your password, you have two options, you can either enter your password or use the 'Login with One-Time Code'. Entering your password will redirect you to access your membership account. If you choose to select the 'Login With One-Time Passcode', the system will send you a 6-digit number that will expire within an hour.

How to my reset username or password

To reset your username, click the 'Forgot Your Username?' link.

The system will ask you for the following details. The system will send you an email with your username. Ensure you provide accurate details to receive the email. Otherwise, the system will not send it.

The system will ask you for the following details. The system will send you an email with the unique link to reset your password. Ensure you provide accurate details to receive the email. Otherwise, there will be a pop-up error or the system will not send it.

Note: Please note that while the system allows for similar email addresses among members, each username is unique to its respective account.
