Customer Portal Access

Who is eligible for customer portal access and how to access it.

What is the Customer Portal?

The customer portal on the Member Jungle help site is a portal where our customers can manage their support tickets, reply to tickets, and view previous tickets. It saves time and frustration from searching back through emails to check if they've asked a question before or to check the details of an old ticket.

Who has Access to the Customer Portal?

All Member Jungle customers on our Premium package have access to the customer portal. This access is included as part of the plan. There is no additional cost for access.

If you're unsure which plan you're on, please login to your site and check your plan details in "Subscriptions and Billing" section.

The only other requirement is you must be an "Authorised Contact" for technical support. The site administrator for your club is able to manage who is an authorised contact. More details here: Organisation Settings.

Once those requirements are met, you will automatically be sent an email notifying you that you now have access to the Customer Portal with a link to create an account. It will look like this.

Once your account is created you will then have access to the new customer portal.

How can I Access the Customer Portal?

Once you have an account you can access the portal via https://support.memberjungle.com. Just click this button.

You will then be prompted to sign in.

If you can't remember your password, please click the "Forgot password?" button as shown above. You will then be prompted to enter your email address and click "Send reset email" to receive password reset instructions.

Managing Your Tickets in the Customer Portal

Now that you have access you can view all your previous tickets, reply to open tickets, and open new tickets.

You also have the ability to search previous tickets, which is far easier than trying to search through old emails for a ticket response.
