How you and a member can access their invoices
REVIEW MEMBERS ORDERS, INVOICES, AND TRANSACTIONS
- To review a member's orders you will need to be logged in to the admin area.
- Click on MEMBERSHIP and then “Members” in the left navigation.
- You will be presented with a list of members. The simplest thing to do is search for the member in question by using the Quick Search Members field
- Click on the icon located to the right of the member you wish to review, and select View Orders from the list.
- The Orders page will show you a list of past transactions and orders from the member, and clicking on the Invoice icon will make it possible to download the relevant invoices.
HOW CAN MEMBERS VIEW THEIR INVOICES?
- When a member logs in, they can go into their Dashboard (members area) and click on the Memberships tab to view their membership details, and view/download the invoices for past payments.
- It is also possible to set up your automated emails to include the members invoice as an attachment by including the dynamic field [[invoice]] to the email. To see more information on editing the emails that your members are sent, see Managing Automated Membership Emails
HOW DO I SET UP MY INVOICES?
Your invoice design is already laid out for you by the system.
All you need to do to complete the set up is, upload a logo that is to be displayed on the invoice. To do this;
- You must be logged in as admin
- Select Dashboard from the top navigation
- Click on Site Design in the left side navigation
- Upload a logo into the field Invoice Logo.
- Click Save
EMAILING INVOICES AUTOMATICALLY
You can also email a member their invoice automatically when they sign-up or renew their membership by adding it to the automated membership emails. For more information see Managing Automated Membership Emails.
