How to Export Printable Member Barcodes

How to export a list of member barcodes and convert them into a printable barcode that can be scanned.

The first step is run a member export. Specifically run 'Export Members to CSV'. This export will contain the barcode information. This can then be used in google sheets to create barcodes that are scannable.

For more details on running a membership export, please see this help article: Exporting Your Membership Data.

Now that you have your export ready to go, you will need access to Google Sheets. Please google search "google sheets" for more details.

Import a Member Export into Google Sheets

  1. Make sure to de-select "Convert text to numbers, dates and formulas"

Optional extra: Delete all other columns in the export, and download the sheet as a PDF that contains member names, usernames, and their barcode in an easy to use format. Print it off and take it to the event for scanning people as they arrive.
