FAQ: Why am I not receiving emails?

There's a few reasons why you may not be receiving emails. Read on to find out.

Emails From Your Club are Muted

To check if you have muted emails from the system, check your Account Information settings and go to the 'Emails' tab. You will be able to check if you have disabled any of the emails from your club.

Emails are Going to Spam

If you have checked the above and emails from your club aren't muted, the next thing to check is if emails from your club are going to your spam folder.

Please note: if you have marked an email from your club as spam, Member Jungle will add your email to a block list and not send any further emails to it. Please contact your club administrator for help if you think that is the case.

Emails Aren't Muted or in Spam

If you've checked all the details above and you are still not receiving emails from your club, there is a possibility that emails being sent to you have encountered an issue and are now unable to be sent.

If you think this is the case, please contact your club administrator. Your club's authorised contact will then get in touch with our support team who will check.
