App Viewer Permissions

This setting allows you to grant permissions to specific roles for viewing membership demographic details in the app. Additionally, you have the option to restrict visibility for certain fields, ensuring that only authorised roles can view them.

This feature is only available to certain packages. Please feel free to submit a support ticket for further assistance.

To navigate, please log in to the system and go to Membership > Settings > App Viewer Permissions.

You should see the following columns and menus:

Role Name - This column displays the list of roles you added to the app viewer permission.

Role Description - This is the description of the role you added to the app viewer permission.

Privileges - This section allows you to configure which fields a specific role can view in the app. To hide a field, toggle it off (white pill with a green circle). To unhide a field, toggle it on (green pill with a white circle).

    • Select All: Makes all fields visible.

    • Unselect All: Hides all fields.

    • View Accounts with *name of the role you added: This option will show the list of users assigned to this role.

Note: Please note that the 'Name' field is always visible by default. If an admin has a higher-level membership, these settings are subject to be overridden by their higher-level admin access, which will grant visibility to all fields.
