This report logs changes made to the system by admin users and can be accessed from the Security module.
The System Audit Log can be access from the Security module.
On the left-hand navigation select REPORTS then System Report.
You will then see a list of changes made to the system, along with the users who performed them.
The audit record is a comprehensive report that includes actions such as
- payments,
- page activations
- or deactivations,
- design changes,
- renaming of membership levels and products,
- creating roles,
- adding users to permissions,
- and exporting membership data—allowing you to track who is accessing or exporting member and payment information.

The audit report can be searched by date range and the name of the administrator. To search, start typing a user name, and any matching users will be listed.
To export the results, click the EXPORT AUDITS button.
