How to swap your member between membership products within a membership level
If you have a need to move your member from one membership product to another within the same membership level, you can do this by selecting the 
next to the members name, and select "Change Product" from the drop down menu
You will then see a drop down list of all of the products that are available within that membership level to select from.
The popup will display the amount that the member has paid for their current membership product, and in the next screen will calculate the total amount still owing in order to transfer to the new membership product, and add the amount already paid as a discount on the new membership.
If there is an amount owing, you will be prompted to select a payment option.
Note: If the current membership product price is more than the new membership product, there is no credits held for the member. The administrator should decide if the extra credit will be lost, or if the members expiry date will be adjusted to reflect the additional amount already paid.
The change of membership product will be audited and visible in the members notes.
