Updates and new features for Membership, Payments, Events, Business Directory, PowerData Forms, and Mobile App.
Here is a summary of the new features added in today's big release. Lots of nice additions for admins and members alike.
Membership
Perpetual / Life Members
New option to "Make Perpetual Member" to Expiry Date pop-up.
Archive Current Members
You can now Archive Current Members if you want to remove them from Member Jungle. Previously they had to be expired.
Remove Member
'Remove Member' renamed to 'Removed Member from Level' to make things clearer.
Renewal Emails
If there is no content in the Renewal Email then NO renewal emails will be sent at all. Previously a standard email was sent to the member.
Search
The default search will now show only members with statuses of Current, Perpetual/Life, Expired and Pending.
Archived, Transferred, Rejected and Removed can be selected in Advanced Search.
Payments
Remittance Advice
The Member Jungle payments remittance advice has been updated to make it clear it is a payment to your club. Also the email and remittance advises where to check the details (Site Payments Report).
Site Payments Report
Additional columns added for invoice number references, type of payment and payment settlement ID.
Events
Invoices
Additional information regarding the event is now included on the invoice.
Field Lengths
Maximum lengths of fields enforced across all Events Fields.
Business Directory
More fields added to the business directory export report including member who is associated with a business listing.
Member Jungle App
Administrators can now approve Pending members right from the Member Jungle App.
All News additional details available on website are now available in the app.
PowerData and Membership Forms
For uploaded files there is now an option to indicate if this is secured content. Secure content will not be sent in emails to administrators but can only be viewed on your website after login.
Widgets
New widget created for Photos. Full width photo strip output.
Delete widget icon changed to a trash/garbage can. Delete confirmations also added when deleting content block items.
