FAQ: Why am I Receiving Duplicate App Notifications on Android?

Sometimes, due to a bug in Android-based smartphones and devices, you can receive duplicate notifications on the Member Jungle App.

To clear this issue please take the following steps on your Android device:

  1. Clear the app storage for Member Jungle: Settings --> Applications --> Clear Data --> Member Jungle.
  2. Remove the Member Jungle app from your device.
  3. Reinstall the Member Jungle app on your device.
  4. Open the Member Jungle app. You may now need to search and add your club again. For more details on this step, please see Using the Member Jungle App as a Member.
