Centralised Settings & Help Area

The most common settings, help articles and support contacts, all in one place.

The centralised settings and help area is available to Site Administrators and contains easy access to the most common settings, help articles, and how to contact support.

After logging in, hover over your name in the top right hand corner to see the settings menu.  Click Settings & Help to access the central area.

You will now see an area with easy links to various settings and methods to get help.  You can also book a training session, raise a support case, or visit our online help portal.
