Demographic Fields

Here you can control what demographic fields appear for the members, and which fields are required, and you also can enforce fields to be read-only.  If you tick to apply these fields to Membership Profile, the settings below will be applied to all account creation areas across your site.

There is also an option to save and Sync to Membership Forms, which will change and update all membership levels accordingly.

Non-Demographic Fields

Here you can control what other fields appear for your account profiles, and which fields are required, and you also can enforce fields to be read-only and cannot be edited after creation.

If you wish to include these in your membership application forms you will need to add the fields to your forms directly.

Members' Perspective:

Read Only fields would be useful for those organisations who need to have control over registered addresses etc and changes can only be done by an administrator as there may be additional third-party regulatory bodies to be advised of the change.
