Member Jungle Product Release November 24

Here is a summary of the new features or changes to Member Jungle added in our November Release. This quarter has a big focus on Events, and we have addressed over 30 feature requests relating to Events.

Events

There are a lot of changes to events in this release.  See https://www.memberjungle.com.au/blog/event-features-november-2024

Below is a quick summary.

Event Registrations on the Website

We have had the display of event registrants on the app for quite some time, but the same information is available on the website. Registrations are only shown if you select the 'Show Registrations' option in the Events Administration area.

Limit Tickets to Members Only

We have rebuilt the ticking component of the Events Administration area and one change allows tickets to be available only to specific Member Levels. For example, you may have an event that is for your members, but you may wish to show that event publicly to encourage more people to use your club.

You can also create tickets with completely different prices for the public and any member level.

Discounts

Discount dollars can be applied to a ticket to go along with the existing discount percentage. Discount percentage can now be specified to two decimal places.

Event Contributors

People who have the Event Contributor permission via a Security Role, can now see registered member's details and can also scan members into an event.

Did someone say Recurring Events?

It has been a long time coming, and quite a complex change, but recurring events have come to Member Jungle.  Yay!

(Recurring Events will be available in the Standard, Premium and Ultimate packages and will begin rolling out over the next few days).

PowerData Forms Module

The PowerData Forms module has also been given a makeover. There is new reporting (similar to the Custom Reporting in Membership) and you can also email a reply to the person who submitted the form.

Blog

The Blog Module has had some extras added for those wishing to tune their SEO parameters. SEO Meta items like page title, page description and keywords can be edited and a permanent friendly link name can be added.
