Member Jungle Product Release June 26

For this release we have some minor updates on the website side of things, and some huge behind-the-scenes to support one of our biggest app updates for Administrators. The App update is out now in all app stores and thank you so much to the many admins who put in requests for app changes and suggestions.

Membership

Imports

We now better handle member imports. If there is some data formatting issues in some rows, you can import the rest and sort out the problems in a separate file. All sorts of date formats are now handled much better.

Security

You've asked and we have listened. On a trusted device, your administration session will remain active for 3 hours of inactivity (and a note of warning, please make sure you log out of any shared computers or devices).

Events in the App

Lots of improvements and we will have a detailed article very soon but here is a summary:

  • Totals at the top of the event list

    • Orders 

    • Registered

    • Attended

    • Not Attended 

    • You can check in people from this list with a single click (you can still scan them in too).

  • NOW you can see member's information against the event purchase (if you have membership data privileges).

  • AND you can see all event ticketing information.
  • You can now sort event attendees by First Name, Last Name and Registration Date.
  • Faster Event Check-ins

Membership in the App

  • Counts for Current Members, Expired and Pending Members

  • Sorting by First Name, Last Name, Expiry Date and Member Number

  • You can now see a form icon next to all membership levels on a member profile

  • AND view all membership form data on the app

Member Blast

You can now communicate as a blast to members (current, pending and expired or for a search)

The Member Blast is also there in the Event Lists (orders, registered, attended, not attended).

Straight from the app, you can contact members by:

  • SMS (assuming you have credits)

  • Email and

  • App Push Notification.

You can even include attachments for the emails.
