Muted Emails
We have added to the Advanced Member Search and the Custom Report the ability to search for Members who have Emails Muted. Obviously not to then email them ... but it will make it easier for you to track and reach out to members via other ways if there have been some 'non-delivered' emails.
Administrators can also change a member's setting for all four types of Email Muting (Marketing - Email Campaign, Membership, Events, Other) in the Email tab of the Member Pop-up. NOTE that this has moved from being the main Pop-Up screen for a member where you could only control Marketing Emails.
Membership
Auditing
We have added some extra auditing when a member renews or has membership expiry dates altered. We now show the new expiry date AND the old expiry date in the audit record.
Activity Report
We have added some more filters to the Activity Report where, amongst other additions, you can filter individual members.
Member Card QR and Barcodes
The Member Jungle digital card is displayed on the app and website. We now support more QR and Bar Code formats. If you are on the Standard Package or above, your members can add a version of the card to their Apple or Google Wallets.
