Email Snippets let you quickly add ready-made pieces of content to your emails. Easily save content and insert snippets into messages without typing everything from scratch!
This feature is only available in selected packages. If you don't see this feature in your navigation, please feel free to submit a support ticket for more details.
Creating Email Snippets
There are two ways you can create Email Snippets, to use in the Membership Module, one is as you go to send an email you can choose to save that content and two is via the Email Snippets area. Read more on Emailing Members via Membership here.
Managing Membership Email Snippets
To start, please navigate to Membership > Settings > Email Snippets.
This is your Email Snippets dashboard. It includes two default snippets that you can clone, but there is no option to delete them.
To add a new email snippet, simply click the 'Add Email Snippet' button.
Using Shortcodes. Please save your work once done.
The saved email snippet is activated by default. You’ll also see options to activate/deactivate, clone, edit, or delete your email snippet as needed.
Email Snippets Availability
Email Snippets are currently able to be managed, edited and saved in the Membership Module, however they are also appear in Events and PowerData, but only have pre-configured snippets at this stage, so you have no way to add or manage snippets for other modules.
